I created this School because I decided to step up, after seeing a gap in the teachings. As someone who reached Kundalini and as a 500 hours Yoga Alliance certified Yoga Teacher, I offer a unique perspective on Yoga. It is not that other practices are wrong, but I have noticed most Schools will focus mostly on the physical aspect, such as activations, Asanas or Kryas... Believing this alone will lead a person to Kundalini. Most Schools will not explain why a certain practice is being done. What really is the goal of meditation, focusing on 1 point, the Bandhas, the Savasana or Yoga Nidra. What really is the goal of Yoga?
In our School we believe the main focus must be the mind! The mind that will keep you in bondage of your compulsive behaviors. Without mastering the mind Kundalini will not happen! In fact Kundalini can only be reached via mental transformation. In order to master the mind it is key to understand the Why of the practices, only then you will know How to execute them! In the School of Kundalini we teach the what, the how and the why!
